Another Great use of an iPad. I like doing this sort of thing with my iPhone but having larger maps has to be better. It is not possible to do this with the wifi version too you have to have the Assisted GPS (Wi-Fi + 3G model). So there is another good reason to hold out for the model with the 3G.
