Apple has something it wants us to see and touch – iPad 3 release date

It is reported that the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco will be the place to be on March 7th for the Apple iPad 3 launch. On the Apple iPad 3 release date of 7th March there will be a fanfare for the new Apple device that will sell in their millions and will see the Cupertino company taking the tablet world of computing by storm. Only time will tell now if the Fan boy predictions will have been correct and the Apple iPad release date will let all in on the industrial secrets that have led to so many rumours being flung around worth wild abandonment even when the iPad 2 had only just been out a short while. I am looking forward to seeing who of the iPad 3 pundits on all of the podcasts, news shows and Apple based blogs have been correct in their guesses about what to expect in the device.

Apple iPad3 release date

iPad 3 release date
For those that have not had an invite there will the live blogging and maybe even Apple will step up and offer a live blog broadcast at the same time as the iPad 3 release date is announced on the stage at the Yerba Buena Center. There has to be a new camera or two and it is a given that the processor will be updated to something that is faster and the same goes for the graphics prowess of the iPad 3. When will it hit the streets and when will we see the iPad 3 in Europe? Apple have staggered the launch across the world in the past and maybe they will do the same again, there will be huge demand for the Apple iPad 3 for sure. The iPad 3 will probably be available to purchase in the Apple Stores around the U.S. fairly quickly after the announcement has been properly made public. Hopefully there will be an Apple iPad 3 release date world wide shortly after that.

Who got the rumors right?

There is so much hot air spouted by the Apple fan rumour sites. On days when there has been little real news, the the Mac and iOS fans will start licking their lips and talking about what they expect in the new iPad. Some of the Mac podcasts go off into cerebral flights of fancy and you would have to wonder if the next iPad 3 will be constructed with the help of unicorn tears. What do you want most in an Apple iPad 3 device? Is there something that will have you running to the nearest Apple store with credit card in the hand to buy the next iteration of the best and most popular computer tablet in the world. Will you get one on the iPad 3 release date?

Apple iPad 3 release date

 iPad 3 release date

It looks like March 7th is that day that the iPad makes its debut. Finally we will be able to have concrete information about what is inside the device and the rumour mongers will be able to start blowing hot air about some other Apple product. Most likely the next device to push the rumour mill will be the iPhone 5. Then again there are people that are saying that the Apple TV that really has a screen and is a television will emerge sometime this year and that could be before the iPhone5.

iPad 3 release date

So have you decided which of the rumours that are circulating about the iPad 3 on the run up to the iPad 3 release date are going to be true. Which rumours do you want to be true? There could well be faster graphics and faster processor. In fact I think we can take that as a given. The Retina display for the iPad is probably a good bet too. I don’t expect the iPad to be able to make tea or coffee but it might get the Siri functionality so that we will be able to talk to it.

The new iPad or  iPad 3 release date

Going by the way things are going regards the desire for long battery life then the iPad 3 will come with a bigger battery and or power saving functions that will make the battery last as long or longer than the present iPad. Can they make it any lighter and still make it better? has the iPad already achieved the optimal size? I am looking forward to the iPad 3 release date which we now have been informed is March 7th 2012. Will you be breaking out the camping gear so that you can wait in line for a new iPad 3? Have you started to write the advertising copy in order to sell you granny so that you have the money ready for when the iPad 3 hits the Apple store Barcelona or the Apple Store Orlando or Apple Store Baton Rouge.

There are going to be some excited people around that will be waiting both baited breath for the new and exciting bit of kit coming out or being announced Apple iPad 3 release date of March 7th. You should have a look at the time that the announcement is due to take place and see if you need to book time off work, so that you get the news live as it happens.

Using Downcast iPad as your Podcast Catcher or Podcatcher

Instead of using the Music App why not use Downcast iPad to listen to podcasts

Using Downcast as your podcast catcher to keep up-to-date with your podcasts that you listen to on the iPad. This is in comparison to using the Apple Music application on your iPad. For a start off the music app isn’t really just about music, but when you open it up it will take you to whatever you are looking at before, which is okay if you were looking at your podcasts otherwise it will just take you to your music. I like listening to music, but honestly I am more likely to be listening to a podcast than I am to be listening to the latest from Coldplay. I suppose if you are often listing to both podcasts and to music artists on new iPad, then maybe the music app on the iPad is possibly the best one for you.

If you are more of a podcast listener and you open up first of all into the music You have to click on the tab – More, then choose from the music genre, composers, podcasts or iTunes U. You can then choose from your list of podcasts you have available and start listening. You have very simple controls at the top with a play button in the middle of what looks like a rewind and a fast forward button on either side of it. It isn’t a fast forward button though, as I found out when I pressed it and it took me to a music track the first time I did it. When I tried to do the same thing again, nothing happened at all. The only other button that you get available is the one that takes you to the iTunes Store to where you can buy some music. Seriously though, if you are listening to Podcasts then it should take you to the area in iTunes where the podcasts are situated.

Downcast iPad podcastcher reviews

Downcast is a serious application for listening to podcasts

Right from the start you can see that Downcast is better suited to listening to podcasts. There are more buttons available to control what is you are listing to. In the top left corner you have a button which allows you to choose the speed of the playback you can choose half speed, one and a quarter speed, one and a half speed, one and three-quarter speed, two times speed and increments up to 3 times speed. When I’m listening to podcasts using my iPhone, I am able to use some of the faster speeds to work my way through a podcast quickly. It is handy to see that on this one you can also listen to something slower if you wish. Much better choice regards podcast speed in Downcast.

Downcast Review

The next button to that in Downcast iPad, is the one which tells the application to do a loop. I haven’t yet worked out whether it is going to play the same podcast over and over or whether it will go through all of your podcasts and then start up back at the beginning. Then there is a button which is a sleep timer and it looks like the way that this works, is for it to start a countdown and it will turn off the podcast you’re listening to as soon as the countdown is finished.

In the middle at the top you have a set of four buttons which you can also use to move your way through the podcast. The first one takes you back 30 min, the next one takes you back 15 min, the next one moves you forward 30 min and then there is one which takes you forward 2 min. The 2 min forward is useful if you are listening to a podcast with adverts and you want to jump past the advertising that is playing. The jumping forward by 30 min or back by 30 min or 15 min I don’t think are quite as useful, but still our handy to have them there.

There is another way to control the application also and it makes use of the iPad’s unique features. If you use the gesture area you can do a double tap which will either play or pause, a single finger horizontal swipe will skip forwards or backwards, depending on whether you swipe to the left or to the right. Then two fingers for the horizontal swipe will move between the next and the previous episodes. Then you also have the two finger vertical swipe that will let you mark the podcast as either played or un-played.

Downcast vs instacast downcast iPad

Getting your podcasts organised in Downcast, using the facilities available.

The rest of the application divides the screen up in the main lower part of the app so that on the left-hand side you have your list of podcasts and this is true whether you are in portrait or landscape mode. Then on the right-hand side of the podcast area you have your details of the podcast and also the list of podcasts that have downloaded. Underneath that area you have the edit button which will allow you to delete podcasts from that list. There is an info button which will give you details about that podcast in a pop-up window and from that pop-up window you can share through Twitter, Facebook and more. If you click on more, it will take you to another window which gives you a choice of actions and services. With the actions you can send things out by e-mail, open in Safari and dispatch by SMS. In the services, aside from Facebook and Twitter, you also have Instapaper and Read-It-Later. In order to use any of the services you need to log in to them from the login windows. Also from this pop-up window you can look at the podcast details and set up settings specific to that podcast. From the pop-up window you can tell it to use the global setting for how many episodes to keep and other options like the playback speed. One particularly useful setting is the volume adjustment. This is because some podcasts have better production values and come in louder than others. So that if you know that a particular podcast is always low in volume then you can turn up the volume that is the default for just that podcast within the settings area.

Playlists in the Downcast iPad pod catcher app

One of the annoying things with the iTunes application or the Music application in either iPad or on the iPhone, is that if you are listening to a podcast and all the podcasts for that one have finished playing then you need to go to the application and to navigate back to where you can choose another podcast so that you can continue with your listening. With Downcast it has a playlist function and you can set it so that all podcasts that you haven’t listened to yet, could be added to a playlist. So if you were on a long drive and didn’t want to have to stop to be able to choose the next podcast to listen to, then you would use this playlist function. That seems to be a good design and much more sensible. Within the settings for your playlist you can have the podcast sorted by release date or grouped by podcast.

Another good way to have your podcasts divided up would be to have playlists that are the just the video or just the audio. So that you could set a playlist playing, knowing that only the audio podcasts will pop-up and play once you have started that playlist doing its thing. No point in having the iPad videos inside a playlist that you are not going to be able to watch. There are number of settings that you can use to customise and personalise your playlists within Downcast.

Overview of the pod catcher Downcast

Downcast is not the only application you can use for listening to your podcasts, but it is certainly one of the better ones. I know that I will be moving all of my podcast listening into Downcast as it is much more configurable and a better experience than using the iTunes or Music applications on the iPad. Downcast is not a free application, but it is inexpensive and well worth getting. There is another application which is called Podcatcher and also iCatcher. I have heard of another one mentioned in a couple of the Mac-based podcasts and I think it may be called a Instacast and I will have to do a downcast vs Instacast review. I can thoroughly recommend Downcast podcast catcher app and video podcast catcher as being a great way to organise your podcast listening. Do you use iPhone as iPod, listening to music and podcasts?  I certainly do.

Is Tweetbot the best Twitter app for iPad?

Best twitter app for ipad

For either iOS or for the Mac there have been a multitude of applications for Twitter created and at one point perhaps a year ago, it seems that every man and his dog thought it would be a good idea to make a new and different Twitter app. Nowadays it is not quite so bad, but there are new Twitter applications for using that social network still being created. The latest Twitter for iPad app that I have seen become available is the Twitter application from Tapbots and the only reason that I might be tempted to look at it is because of the excellent application called Pastebot, which I have on my iPad and iPhone. I also have the application on my iMac which will synchronise with those two applications. This way of moving clips from one application to another within the iOS device and also being able to have items copied on the Mac instantly appear available on iOS through wireless syncing, is incredibly useful. So because of this I’m tempted to actually buy the Tweetbot application.

best twitter app for ipad

Who needs to buy new Twitter clients?

You would have to wonder why Tapbots thought it would be a good idea to make a new Twitter application, when there are so many out there already, and some of them are available for free. In fact on my iPad I have the official Twitter application, TwitBird Pro, TweetDeck and Twitterrific and I also have Flipboard which will also allow me to look at tweets and even to write tweets. I think that some users of Twitter just like to try something out that is new and are in constant flux, changing from one Twitter application to another. In some ways it is a little bit weird, because there are only certain things you can do with your tweeting and the differences are only going to be cosmetic.

The sorts of things that you will be looking for within a twitter application will be ease of use, a good reading experience and notification system of new tweets. If you have multiple Twitter accounts then it may be important that your chosen Twitter application will let you set up more than one account. If you have a large number of followers then it also may be important for you to be able to use lists. Very handy to be able to set it so that, the flow of tweets only shows just one list at a time rather than the huge torrent of tweets from the main feed. Tweetbot could actually be the best twitter app for iPad.

Viewing direct messages in the best twitter app for iPad

Something else within a Twitter client that I like to have is the ease of viewing of direct messages. I did try one Twitter client that led me to have to click too many times to be able to see my incoming direct messages. I soon got rid of that one. Really what I should be doing is to use the same application on both the iPad and also the iPhone. Even though they won’t work exactly the same due to the different form factor, the overall way of working would be if similar enough to be useful. So when buying a Twitter application for your Macs and for your iOS devices, you should look to see if there are versions that will cover wherever and however you do your tweeting. It would be preferable also that the iOS version is a universal version that requires only one payment.

Tweetbot application

Every now and then you come across a tweet that is worth keeping for posterity and you make it a favourite. Within the Tweetbot application you can have a view of all of those favourites. Tapping on the favourited Twitter posts gives you the extra buttons that allow you to do things with that tweet. So it is the same as in your timeline, more or less, you can reply, re-tweet, delete that tweet from favourites. You can choose one of four actions, which are, copying the link, copying the tweet, e-mailing the tweet or translating.

Sorting out Your Twitter Followers

Twitter for iPad

When you are using the Tapbots Tweetbot application you can organise your Twitter followers by tapping and holding down on the avatar icon for your follower and from that you will get a pop-up menu which lets you choose from a few options. You can send a direct message to that person, you can also manage list memberships where you can decide which public lists that person belongs to. From the same drop-down menu you can also choose to mute somebody. This might be if that somebody has gone on holiday and is tweeting incessantly about how glorious the weather is and you don’t want to know. You can choose from one day, one week, one month and also forever. The muting is very useful for a temporary cessation in tweets from that person plus the menu also gives you the option to un-follow permanently. All part of organizing your Twitter community.

The Tapbots Tweetbot review

Twitter is going from strength to strength and there is more Twitter integration at OS level too. There will be even more in OSX Mountain Lion. The Twitter applications I had been using previously were more or less doing the job for me and I could have stayed with them if I had wanted to. Getting my hands on this Tweetbot application for iPad has been worth getting though, as it has reinvigorated my interest in the Twitter social network. There are still a few things I haven’t yet tried yet with this application, such as uploading pictures, but that is next on my list and also the same with uploading video. There is good integration between external services and also the capabilities of the Twitter feed service itself, so I will have to get to work on setting up the image service I intend to use with this Tweetbot application. Without a doubt and without fear of contradiction I am happy to recommend Tweetbot as a Twitter client for iOS that is well worth getting and using. It might even be the best Twitter app for iPad While you are getting that one I suggest you also look at the other applications from Tapbots.

Review of Movie Awards Trivia App

Movie Awards Trivia Application

There is an application which you may be interested in if you are a movie buff. You can test yourself on your knowledge of the cinema going right back to the 1920’s. What this application does is to present itself as a game and it is basically a multiple choice quiz. There are categories available to choose from – The twenties to the fifties, sixties and seventies, the eighties until present day, or you could choose either actors or actresses to be tested on.

The developer has dropped the price for the Movie Awards Trivia HD app to 99 cents until the 26th of February, 2012 in view of the 84th Academy Awards as a special offer.

As an example, if you choose to be quizzed upon actors, an example question would be – Which three of these were nominated for best actor in 1965? Underneath the question I have four pictures, all in black-and-white which is surprising seeing as some of these must have been colour films. The nominees I can choose from are Laurence Olivier in Othello, Richard Burton in The Spy Who Came in from the Cold, Lee Marvin in Ship of Fools or Sidney Poitier in A Patch of Blue. I made a guess and chose three of them, the one that I left out was Sidney Poitier and what do you know? I was completely right. The application put on screen a U R Right and that does bug me a little bit, because they could of used the word correct rather than going for the teenagers idiom of using a letter to signify a word. Maybe the designer of the application was a teenager. After you have made your choice to answer the question you also get a icon to tap on, to allow you to see the image full-screen. You can’t actually do anything with it, you just get a larger version of the image that was the thumbnail image in the question.

Interactivity in the Movie Awards Trivia application

Movie trivia awards

When you hit the home button while you are on the question screens, you get the opportunity to put your name in for a high score. I would have thought that there would be some sort of online connection to be able to compare your scores with other people’s scores, maybe that will come in a later version. When you get back to the homepage you can choose to see a slideshow, there is a dial where you choose a decade or a specific year. You might for instance, choose 1970’s best actors. The slides show for a couple of seconds per image and you get just the image without any information to go with it. It could have been handy to see the name of the film or the name of the actor pictured in the movie. In the slideshow and I chose to look at, it didn’t take long for the set of images to get to the end and start over again, the images played rather quickly. There was no option to change the amount of time each image showed, you just get a big button to close, which takes you back to the photo gallery.

Points for the right answers

At bottom of that home screen all you get is the invitation to visit the website for Movie Trivia Apps and underneath that, you have a play button, a scores button, how to play information and the slideshow. On looking at the information about how to play the game, it tells me that there are 1000 questions divided into groups of 20 per session. The points that you get per question depends upon how fast you answer the question and there are no penalties for getting the wrong answer. This makes the game very good for just guessing.

Overview of Movie Awards Trivia

This application would suit the person that was a complete movie buff that had already studied all of the movie awards. It seems that it is about the Oscars, although there are other movie industry backslapping events where awards are given. The application doesn’t really inform and educate you about the movie business or filmmaking in general, just as the Oscars is to a large extent just an opportunity for the movie industry to sell more movie theatre seats. I like applications that are in some way useful and this seems to be more a trivial game to play, the hint is in the title name of the application. Unless your knowledge of the awards given to actors and movies is really extensive, then much of the time while playing this game you will be making an educated guesses or even just tapping and hoping for the best. At least you may be learning something along the way, even if it is only just the names of the actors that were nominated or were winners of an award for a specific year. The design of the application is nothing special and there is room for improvement in terms of social networking connections facilities and I would recommend that you try the free version of the application before spending the cash to buy the paid for version.

The benefits of iPad rental for use during a conference or exhibition

IPad rental iPad floor stand

iPad rental

It is possible to hire an iPad and just the same as with hiring any other tool or object, you have to balance the cost of buying the item against the temporary requirement for needing the use of that tool. It would seem sensible that you would hire an iPad through an iPad rental company for instance if you were running an event which lasted just a couple of days and you needed to make sure that all attendees to that event would have the use of an iPad. It would be possible to build into the price of the event attendance, the cost of the iPad and you would know for sure that everybody would be singing from the same hymn sheet. It doesn’t necessarily have to be an event which is revolving around the iPad in terms of content, because the iPad is so versatile could be used for any other sorts of usage. At the same time though, it would be good in situations such as a conferenc that was teaching teachers how to use iPads in the classroom. It could be that a forward thinking company could have all of the materials for a conference put into an iPad application that attendees would be expected to interact with. I say interact with, rather than read from, because as we have seen with the iBooks application and the electronic books that are available, users do tend to interact with the applications on the device instead of just reading.

Companies that provide this service of iPad rental will also have accessories that can be used, such as iPad locks and iPad desk stands or floor stands. A particularly good use of iPads within an event situation would be to have iPads used as kiosks to show off information and there are companies that make available the kiosk hardware. With the iPad securely inside a kiosk stand, then it would also make it less likely to be stolen, especially if the location is a more public event.

The iPad pros and cons

Rather than attendees sitting all in rows in a hall watching somebody present on a stage with a PowerPoint or Keynote presentation, the interactivity and novelty of using iPads acquired through iPad rental, will really change the dynamic of an event. Attendees could be prompted to use the iPad and the applications contained within. Feedback and messages could relayed back to central place, through using either open social networks such as Twitter or could be asked to respond to questions through a specific software application for messaging. There are many uses for the iPad. Of course something like this would require the good setup of Wi-Fi for the connection of the iPads to a network, but that is not something that would be too difficult to set up. I would expect that a company involved in iPad rental would have the latest versions of the hardware and you would not have to compare iPad and iPad 2 in order to choose which version of the hardware to use.

With regards the iPad pros and cons for use in this way, then the pros would have to include that the more personalised contents made available that could be possible along with the interactivity. I would expect that the use of the iPad in such a way would increase the retention of the knowledge being imparted to the attendees of a conference in a way that it would be cost-effective to make sure that everybody was using the same hardware and software. Even if somebody was to bring their own iPad, they could still use the hardware and software provided or the organisers could make it possible for the conference attendee to download and install the necessary application. On the side of the cons with regard using an iPad from an iPad rental company, you would have to say that cost will be one consideration and have to be balanced against the effectiveness of using new methods and new media.

IPad for hire

Renting or buying can be influenced by iPod rumours

A benefit of using iPad rental would be also that you would know that everybody was using the latest version of the hardware. This could be important if you needed to run an application that needed the iPad version 2 for example. When you rent these items, then you also don’t have to worry about what’s going to happen with the hardware once the exhibition or conference has finished. Mind you, having said that it is always fairly easy to sell second-hand iPads and for the price to still be pretty good when selling. The iPad does tend to keep its value much better than other computer hardware equipment. The latest iPad rumours concerning when the iPad 3 will be available could also have an effect upon whether it is better to buy iPads for your exhibition or whether to rent them instead.

The software or the content for the iPad to be used by attendees could be made available via Dropbox which is, to a certain extent the de facto iPad file browser. The files could be uploaded to a dropbox account and the files shared out to be downloaded as needed. I know that it would be a much more interesting conference or exhibition, learning or teaching event, if iPads are being used, especially if the whole thing is being organised properly. For a longer event, then it would be necessary also to make sure that charging facilities were made available, even though in the latest round of iPad rumours for iPad 3 it has been stated that larger batteries would be included to allow the iPad to be operated for longer. Goof to have more time that you can be using the iPad.

Microsoft Office on iPad

Will there be a Microsoft Office on iPad?

What it is that you intend to do with the device, as in, what is an iPad used for, will also determine whether you should wait for the latest and greatest. Often times it is the case that you certainly have to just go out and buy, whatever sort of computer you need at the time, just so that you can get that important job done when you need to do it. For example, if you are in a situation where you need to create documents that for printing or are for distribution electronically to colleagues and you are using the iPad in business, as a new user, you might be thinking Microsoft Office on iPad. This is a common notion to those coming across from the PC world and it shouldn’t take you long to work out, that as yet there is no Microsoft Office on iPad. You don’t need to worry, because there are many other better alternatives. Obviously the first port of call will be to check out the free applications that are available there are a available, of gratis apps iPad and quite often you will find something that will suit your purpose without you having to spend any money. Another route to take, would be to get yourself copies of Pages, Keynote and Numbers, which are the Apple office applications and do actually work very well on the iPad, as you would expect.

Open Office iPad, Any Chance?

Openoffice iPad

Another application that you might be tempted to look at for the iPad would be Open Office iPad. I have just been checking out the open office.org and there is not much word on the site about there being an Openoffice iPad application, forthcoming any time soon. That’s the thing with open source software, it really all depends upon the willingness of the developers, that are doing it for the love of it. Those users of the application called Scrivener, that is available as both a Windows application and also is a Mac app, will be delighted to hear that the developer has recently stated his intention to create Scrivener for iPad. I know that for sure, as soon as Scrivener for iPad is available I will be buying it.

free applications

iMage Tools

What Do You Use Instead of OpenOffice iPad?

There is an application called Office² HD which will give you an equivalent to Microsoft Office on iPad or Open Office iPad, it has the word processing and the spreadsheet and of course a presentation application. It does have the advantage of only costing £5.49 in the Apple iPad store. the office applications from Apple such as Pages, Numbers and Keynote are all very inexpensive, but do cost more than Office² HD. It kind of depends upon your needs for working with office documents, but at that price it is certainly worth a try. The application handles all of the files that you would expect to be handled by Microsoft Office on iPad.

Other Office Productivity Applications for iPad

There Is Documents to Go Premium which may be okay, although some users have claimed it is somewhat buggy. That one comes out at $17 to buy and I think I would be more likely to stick with the Apple products. You may also have a look at Quick Office Pro HD, which also does the usual sorts of things that you would expect from a suite of office applications.

Text editing or Wordprocessing on the iPad

Microsoft Office on iPad

When it comes to word processing, I am of the opinion that while working on the iPad, all you need for creating great looking documents is the application Pages. On the other hand though if you are just working with text, do you really need an application that is for laying out a page. If you are dealing with just text then surely you would be far better using a lean and mean text editor, of which there are plenty to choose from. I have a number of text editors on my iPad and my favourites would be SimpleNote, NebulousNotes, ThinkBook, Plain Text and Magical Pad. These notetaking applications don’t all work in the same way, which is why I have a variety of text based note applications to choose from.

SimpleNote is useful for concentrating on just getting in the text and the good thing about text, is that it is universal. Text can be pushed out to all sorts of applications for use after creation. ThinkBook is different in the way that it works, in that it works very much like an outlining tool. This is very good for entering text broadly and adding the meat and potatoes of the idea to the headlines that you start with. In some ways it is kind of like a more text based mind map application. It is really easy to take a section of text and move it within the whole document. You can do it by sliding sections of text to the right side of the page moving the arrow and sliding the text back where you want it. It is without a doubt, a very innovative piece of software.

Synchronisation of text between apps and platforms

Quite a few of these applications realise that the text that you create are destined to be used in other places, and you can copy and paste to other applications on your iPad. Then there is the synchronisation available with either Dropbox or synchronisation methods that are built-in to the application and synchronise via web servers.

Scrivener for iPad

As a writer that creates a large number of documents and thousands of words for articles, I do like the workflow where are I concentrate on simple text that can be used wherever I wish. I might take the words and put them into Scrivener or Textmate on my Mac, where I will be getting them ready to put into Marsedit in order to publish on my blogs. So if you were to ask me, whether I am likely to use applications such as OpenOffice iPad, then I will most likely say no, as I don’t think it is the most efficient way to work. There are the Apple office applications that I do have available to me on the iPad, but I only use infrequently. Never once, have I thought that I need Microsoft Office on iPad. One more question – When does the new iPad come out?

When does the new iPad come out

It is about this time of year when all of the Apple pundits and Apple fan boys are asking the question – When does the new iPad come out? I did hear yesterday that somebody that is not a geek or an Apple fan has just bought themselves an iPad. Generally people tend to know that at this time of year it is best to wait at least until March for the latest version. The iPad version 2, in any case is an excellent machine and the new user of the iPad will be able to download a number of the gratis apps iPad and have very good use from the device.

When Does the New iPad Come out?

If you listen to more than one of the numerous podcasts for the Mac available, it will not take long before you get fed up of listing to the Apple fan boys discussing the rumours that surround any Apple products. Of course in January and February, of any year and sometimes all year around, there will be the iPad rumours about when does the new iPad come out and what the device will be including in the specifications. In the latest iPad rumours that are circulating at present there is the Retina Display which will give a higher resolution view to the iPad. There is also talk about there being a quad core processor included and faster is always better, of course. Many are predicting that there will be better cameras included, my goodness the iPad really does really need better cameras, for sure.
